Hey some stuff is going on

Well I have a couple of shows going on in December so I should probably let people know. Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving holiday. My holidays fluctuated between extremely busy days of painting and days of being very, very lazy... A delicate balance I executed quite well.

Okay, I have a group show coming up on December 4th in Pittsburgh at Fast>>Fwd Gallery. It's called 12"x12" and all of the paintings in the show will be... yep 12"x12". Some pretty sweet artists will have work there. I'll have 2 pieces in the show. Here's a flier:

Hey finally got the resources to release some new prints. So check them out... if you want to that is. If you don't, it's cool... I guess.

Crunch time

Well I'm in the midst of a painting frenzy right now getting ready for a show with Mike Egan in August... so I have done very little of the updating thing. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.
So my show is in Lancaster at Metropolis Gallery and the opening is Friday, August 7th. I plan on having around 10 brand new pieces done for the show. I guess they are posting the new paintings on the their Flickr site as I send them... so if you want to see them before the opening you can check them out on the Metropolis Flickr site. They have a photo set of the show with Mike Egan on the right. One of my paintings is not in the set though... it needs a little wrangling to get where it's supposed to. Maybe I'll send Metropolis a message.... maybe.
I have some more new, exciting stuff coming up... but I'll save that for another post.

Some semi-new stuff

Got some kinda new stuff going on. My lack of updates made me a little late on one.
I have a painting in a group show here in Pittsburgh.



It's a show about mating rituals and it's being held at Future Tenant. It runs from April 17th until May 15th.
I'm also in a group show called "Sk8 or Die IV" at Young Blood Gallery in Atlanta. They'll have 105 skateboard decks designed by 105 different artists. I have my deck posted on my Flickr site.
Well that's about it for now. I'm going to go to bed and try and think of more important things to post about.

Time of opening

The opening starts at 6pm and ends at 8pm. Not much of a window but hopefully people will have time to check it out.

Just some updates... Yay Updates~

Yeah I got some shit going down. Not major shit but some little terds... terds of art activity that is.

Right now I'm in a show titled "Movers And Shakers" which is curated by a big time collector in LA named Gino Joukar. I was lucky enough to be asked to show with some pretty sweet artist. I didn't get to go to the opening but it was Gino's first show so I hope it went well. Here's a link to the gallery POVevolving. The link is to the current show... so it may be obsolete soon. There is a link on the bottom for a show preview. The scans of my work looks a little crappy... the one is pretty washed out. But I'll be posting the work I submitted on my Flickr site.

I also have a show coming up next month here in Pittsburgh. It's at a small coffeehouse called Beleza. It's a small place so it'll be a small show. I'm going to try and get around 6 new pieces done for it.

Well that's it for now. I have work to do and a pot pie to eat.

Hello

I'm going to begin using this blog site to update my website. Every time I have to open up Dreamweaver to update my website I feel like I lose a substantial amount of brain cells. Those fuckers don't grow back... I must start conserving now. I can barely remember what day it is with what I got left.
So I'll be back to update this more often... if I remember.
